This company is extremely unproductive, and unprofessional. They did nothing in helping out a customer to file a claim for roof damage. They do not return phone calls and do not stand behind their customers when needing help with insurance claims.
Our agent was able to handle our need
After many incidents wrong or no quotes mis information etc im getting out of this company in a few days. What a relief. If you ask for a manager you get an agent in a different city instead. Very disappointed. Other friends and family also left because of bad advice lower rates or agent issues.
