This is not a healing dentist. They use dental assistants, not doctors and hurt me too many times. The staff are unfriendly acting like morons with terrible personalities. Scheduled an appointment and it was canceled, but I was still charged on my credit card.

I have been a patient for ten years and always have had superb dental care. Everyone in the practice is a seasoned pro and they treat every patient with care. Today I had my first appointment with Dr. LeBrecht, a new dentist at this practice, and he is absolutely fantastic. First time I've ever had a crown prep done and didn't feel a thing.

I have been a patient for nearly 12 years and Jackson and Joyce dropped me as a patient because I had 5 missed appointments over the 12 year span. They didn’t have any concerns or compassion- it’s just business.

Gentle, caring place Dentists who likes to go to them? You will love to go to Dr. Jackson. How you are treated reminds you of the good ol days. You will get a confirmation call for your appointment and when you call you aren't dealing with automated lines and having to press 20 different options to get through to someone. It is so much easier to go to a dentist and have a relaxing feeling come over you. Will never go to another dentist as long as I am in the area or this practice is open. PROS: everything CONS: NONE

Wouldn't go anywhere else What a great office. My whole family has been going here for years. the staff know all the kids names. They still call to remind you of appts, personally, not with an automated system and the office is in this great little woodsy setting. Whilst in the dentist chair you are able to look out of large windows and see the outdoors, which can be a very calming effect at the dentist!

Best Office I was so impressed with this office. Dr. Jackson and his partner Dr. Joyce were the most gracious men i have ever met. They both introduced themselves to me and made me feel so welcome. Dr. Jackson is so gentle and knowledgeable, and they seem to be up to date on all of the latest technology. They are not salesmen, which i really appreciated, and I feel as though they can be trusted. Great experience

Best Dentist in Central Florida Dr Jackson without a doubt is the best dentist in Ocala. He keeps up with current standards in his field. He treats his patients with dignity and respect. When you walk into his office you will automatically feel relaxed and comfortable, as his office is not a typical gloomy dentist office. His staff is always courteous and helpful. Our family had been going to this dentist for nearly 15 years with no complaints, virtually no issues with rescheduling.... That was, until last week. We called to reschedule 3 members of our family (22.5 hours) before the appointment time, but kept my appointment, and they were still going to charge a "cancellation" fee of 50 dollars for my husband. As usual just a great visit. The staff is great and the whole process from intake until exit is streamlined and efficient.
