This is not a healing dentist. They use dental assistants, not doctors and hurt me too many times. The staff are unfriendly acting like morons with terrible personalities. Scheduled an appointment and it was canceled, but I was still charged on my credit card.

I have been a patient for ten years and always have had superb dental care. Everyone in the practice is a seasoned pro and they treat every patient with care. Today I had my first appointment with Dr. LeBrecht, a new dentist at this practice, and he is absolutely fantastic. First time I've ever had a crown prep done and didn't feel a thing.

I have been a patient for nearly 12 years and Jackson and Joyce dropped me as a patient because I had 5 missed appointments over the 12 year span. They didn’t have any concerns or compassion- it’s just business.

Our family had been going to this dentist for nearly 15 years with no complaints, virtually no issues with rescheduling.... That was, until last week. We called to reschedule 3 members of our family (22.5 hours) before the appointment time, but kept my appointment, and they were still going to charge a "cancellation" fee of 50 dollars for my husband.
