I went through there insurance for about 15 years super simple and great rate. Then I changed, I wanted to get a quote for my 16 year old son and you would think he were a criminal! I called 4 different time JUST to get a quote and there was ALWAYS something different I needed for a quote. The first time I spent a good 20-30 minutes on teh phone getting all of mine/his info adn the lady never emailed it or saved the info. Called to get insurance for both auto and home insurance. Got somewhat preliminary numbers, but was waiting for agent to provide more accurate numbers. Had to call once the following day to get more information and was told I'd get a callback...a week later, absolutely nothing. Not confidence inspiring and can not recommend if this is how their service is provided.
They answer their phones right away!
