I went to the Jackson ER at the advice of my CRNP after experiencing a bad jawbone & chest pain episode WITH low blood pressure. I was given an EKG which was abnormal at the doctors office even after taking nitroglycerin. I drove about 3/10 tenths of a mile across the street to Jackson ER and was very fortunate to find a parking space very near the ER entrance. My Mom recently had to go to the ER and stay overnight, every single staff member we encountered was very helpful and nice. Theres one nurse that was on shift named Ashley. Shes the absolute best, you can tell she actually has a heart for her patients. So intentive and kind. She explained things thoroughly and answered any questions we had. Only downfall of whole visit was we never got to an actual room. But stay and everyone else was great.
