Normally I would not waste my time writing a review but I definitely have no choice. I fell on Saturday night at a wedding and seriously hurt my ankle. Went to the Jackson emergency room to be told by Dr. Patel that it was a bad sprain. Luckily I went to a competent doctor who reviewed the same x-rays they took that night and immediately told me it was an unstable fracture. I am not having to have surgery. I like the people and the workers at Jackson hospital. They're friendly they do their job
Went in 26 march at 1000 am for a kidney stone. I was seen in 5 minutes from the waiting room, probably the fastest er visit I’ve had. Once back everyone was nice and understanding! CT folks were nice and quick even though they were teaching a new hire. They treated my pain with the necessary meds that only work on me, that is the best aspect of it all…didn’t have to play telephone game of meds not working and eventually leading to the end. My husband recently went here several times over the course of a few weeks and the experiences veried. The first time we were sort of written off as a man flu, he presented symptoms but all tests were negative. The second time we were admitted and had a battery of test, every nurse, doctor, cna, etc were nice and accommodating. Doctor's were knowledgeable and proactive, and in the end had a diagnosis we agree with and makes sense.
