Went in 26 march at 1000 am for a kidney stone. I was seen in 5 minutes from the waiting room, probably the fastest er visit I’ve had. Once back everyone was nice and understanding! CT folks were nice and quick even though they were teaching a new hire. They treated my pain with the necessary meds that only work on me, that is the best aspect of it all…didn’t have to play telephone game of meds not working and eventually leading to the end. My husband recently went here several times over the course of a few weeks and the experiences veried. The first time we were sort of written off as a man flu, he presented symptoms but all tests were negative. The second time we were admitted and had a battery of test, every nurse, doctor, cna, etc were nice and accommodating. Doctor's were knowledgeable and proactive, and in the end had a diagnosis we agree with and makes sense. I went to the ER on Wednesday Sept 17th,2025 at 2:30pm, it was the worse I’ve ever seen in the ER and that’s the only Hospital and Dr. I use, I’ve been sick for 2 weeks working with my own NP with meds ect. The ER did nothing for me, no Covid test, no fluids for dehydration, the doctor stood at the door and never even came close to me. Just talk to me from the door.
