As first time home buyers, we didn't really know what to expect going into our first home inspection. Ray was simply fantastic. My wife wasn't interested in being part of the process because she didn't think it would be valuable and on the drive home she said, "I'm so glad you dragged me to that. It was super informative!" Ray was professional, made us feel at ease, hilarious, and was an amazing resource for us. I'd 100% use him again and recommend him to anyone in the home buying process.
I hired Ray for my first home inspection and I highly recommend him. He was efficient and thorough, and he pointed out several things that he recommended to have fixed. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative; I actually learned a lot from him walking me through the inspection.
