Ray deserves six stars. He is professional, knowledgeable, timely (written report), excellent with follow up and was extremely helpful in my decision-making process on a downsizing home in Plymouth. I would not use anyone else after having inspected a home with him. His knowledge of equipment, codes, manufacturers (boilers, water heaters, etc.) as well as assessments of home conditions from his years as a builder, is second to none. Our agent Torin had recommended we use Ray for our home inspection while purchasing our first home. Ray was punctual, approachable and very knowledgeable throughout the process. My husband and I are not familiar with the process and Ray explained everything so that we could really understand what he was looking for and why. Ray was amazing! Upon arrival to the home inspection Ray was a very friendly to me and my family. Starting he gave us a very detailed brief on what to expect. Once he started the home inspection, I was with him the whole time and he broke everything down to me and what right should look like.
