Extremely Unprofessional and Crude! Recently I witnessed one of Jackson's HAH&C (JHAH&C) drivers/techs speeding and driving erratically on N. 90th. He had to slam on the brakes to avoid plunging into the back of a car moving into the left turn lane. I pulled to the side and confronted the driver, asking why he was driving so erratically. rude Called to order a part from them. Was rudely put on hold several times. The lady who finally took the call was of no help. I could not provide a part number and she was comletely unwilling to take any time to try to help me. I found the part myself online in 5 minutes. Again, very rude and acted like I was being a burden.

No technical knowledge shown They sold me a geothermal unit. Promised savings that it never came close to. Salesman no longer works there so company wouldn't back up his promises. Had problems with it from the beginning. Technicians kept saying it was working fine and they couldn't figure it out. Called in another company to check and they found problems withing 15 minutes. The unit was miswired. Other company fixed it and unit works good now but doesn't perform like Jackson promised. Don't trust them to know how to install ... read more

The best appliance service in town. We have never had a problem with Jackson Appliance Heating and Cooling. We use them any time an appliance needs repair. Our furnace went out last year and we called them to install a new one. They were quick to respond, gave great service...and had the house warmed up for Thanksgiving weekend. We call them anytime for any appliance heating or cooling need/or repair.

Love these guys! I have never had a problem with Jackson Heating and Cooling. They are always quick to respond, give great service, they know what they are doing, and recommend only what I need. They are great listeners and they never try to sell something I don't need. They are very friendly and trustworthy. I will call them for all of my heating, cooling, and appliance needs.

worst $70 I ever lost I called to have our non-running refrigerator looked at. The office lady couldn't answer questions, she just said she'd take my info and someone would call me tomorrow. The call comes early the next morning, just saying "This is Jim from Jackson, I'll be there in an hour." Jim arrives, gives me no heads up on any pricing. I was stupid, and should have asked what it would cost just to have him walk through the door. But like an idiot, I just show him to the fridge, figuring he'll have a look and tell me ... read more

Great Service! I was originally referred to these guys for a dish-washer problem. Since then, I have had them to the house for a couple of other issues and they have been prompt, courteous, and resonably priced each time. They even helped me with an issue over the phone.I highly recommend Jackson Home Appliance.

Jackson saved us from Carbon Monoxide! I cannot say enough good things about Jackson Heating and Cooling. We've been using them since we bought our house 4 years ago and they've been wonderful on every service call. Last week our Carbon Monoxide detector went off in the middle of the night when our furnace turned on for the first time this Fall.
