The lobby isn’t open—a sheet of paper on the door notifies you to walk to Mountain Modern Motel for check-in. Upon getting there, we waited 30 minutes for them to find the reservation despite having previous email confirmation. The rooms are very basic with the primary issue being noise. If you are near the back of the motel, you will have constant street noise in addition to hearing every shift from the person staying above. Just returned home from spending a week at Jackson Hole Lodge. The people were OK and there were lots of clean towels and hot water. But we would never stay here again. For example : WiFi unsecured; wall switches/sockets that did not work/heated up; door chain improperly installed; room incredibly tiny for supposedly 4 people; noisy air conditioner; paint peeling; clothes hanging unit fell apart when two hangers were used on it; combo shower/toilet room barely large enough for the user to enter; burned out light bulbs at arr... read more

This place is pretty unique......many restaurants and little stores, plus it's smack dab in between The Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. They even have mechanics to fix anything in your room, 24 he per day

I reserved a suite in Early April based on the amenities. Most import to me was a washer/dryer in the room, a fireplace, and kitchen to make breakfasts, having a nice balcony and being clean. While the rooms were cleaned, everything else on the list was a problem. We ended up escalating the fact the washer/dryer was out of service. The GM sent a maintenance person to get it working. However we also had issues with the fireplace, stove and fridge. Again, the GM sent a maintenance person who was able to get the Stove working. ... read more
