I was in a pinch because I poked a hole in my raft loading it onto the trailer while up here on a four day float trip. The repair kit vinyl adhesive cement was dried up and I was out of options so after talking to two different rafting companies I was directed to Rendezvous River Sports and was told they could patch it same day and have me on my way. This is a perfect rental place for paddle boards and kayaks. Rebooked in advanced and we’re able to come and pick up without an issue. They even pumped up our kayak for us so we would not need to do it when we got to the boat slip. They gave us extra straps for the truck. And you were very polite when we dropped everything off. This is the perfect spot to do your rentals from. It’s extremely close to the Grand Teton National Park.
On a whim, we decided to go kayaking in the Tetons and reserved a tandem kayak over the phone, which we picked up within an hour. Solid boat, nice paddles, and clean life jackets. The knowledgeable staff was super friendly and helped us load it onto our car and gave great alternative suggestions for less crowded spots since our desired lake was busy. They even waited late for our return due to windy conditions.
This place is awesome. My wife and I lost gear on our trip and Rendezvous had everything we needed. We even book a trip with Cortland on the Snake River the next day and it was an amazing experience. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to learn to kayak or learn new skills on the water
Kay and Will were tremendously helpful and quick to repair the broken valve on our fishing raft. Highly recommend their services!
