Hope you kind gents out there in Jackson see this- I am the owner of the black mustang that was having issues in the middle of my road trip. 13 hours away from home and I needed help. You guys squeezed me in and found water in my module and I assume the tech Rob dried it off, because eventually after driving in the hot sun for a few hours afterwards, all the lights on my dash turned off. Do not go here if you breakdown!! They will refuse to look at your Ford vehicle even if you know the issue and know it can be fixed in 15 minutes. Like talking to a brick wall, just constantly repeating that they have a big backlog
