I went there on Wednesday of last week and Tuesday of this week and both times was treated like I was insane for asking them to do an gynecological exam on me to make sure I wasn't pregnant or have other health issues. Yes I am a homeless adult but I do have insurance so I wasn't running up a bill that wasn't going to get paid. The head doctor told me that my problem was I was out of this world and he didn't have time to play out of this world with me. I had an appointment scheduled for the 12 they call and said that the doctor had something to do reschedule for the 13 for2:45… I got there around 3:05 waited there just get called up to tell me I need to reschedule
HORRIBLE experience!!! Stay Away!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Made an appointment for 01.27.2025 in Vicksburg, with Sanitia Davis (podiatrist).. Once at the appointment the front desk clerk said all appointments has been cancelled (very rudely) to the point it was uncomfortable!!! Not one call stating it would be cancelled or rescheduled. Called on 01.28.2025 to see what happened and what can be done about it, just to be offered another appointment on 03.01.2025 as the earliest! This medical mall location has the worst staff ever nasty attitudes an they got that same energy. Just horrible experience
