I filed my tax return in 2019! Paid $550 for the service and “worry free guarantee insurance” they made a mistake, did an ammended return made another mistake. They refuse to call back, answers phone calls, refuse to honor the insurance claim, refuse to do a 3rd ammended return even though I already know I’m entitled to a return. They are terrible. Can't get a hold of anybody I need copies of my 1040s all three of them that they submitted to the IRS this year in 2023 for tax season 2022. Nobody calls me back and when I try to set up my JH account can't do it and nobody will help me I have called numerous times I have left messages I have asked for management get my response my taxes are messed up and I have to pay for a service that was not adequately done I want my money back.

I do NOT recommend this company. I paid for their assistance in the Debt Resolution, and was not treated like a paying customer. They took my money and did a half a** job. Nothing was ever fixed. I asked for my money back a couple of times. I was passed around so many times, in addressing my tax issues with no help. Looking for another company to do what Jackson Hewitt was paid to do, but did NOTHING! Horrible company, and trash customer **********************.

Disappointment is an understatement. I gave my tax information to the tax preparer on a Wednesday. By Friday he told me to come sign off my taxes. I informed him that I wanted to go over my deductions and look at my tax work. Days went by he wouldn't answer my calls he wouldn't answer my text. Finally had to go into the ********* office and have another tax preparer while he is on the other line who later I found out is the owner of the business. They went over the deductions very briefly. Theyre a ripoff! I got my 2022 taxes done and they charged me over $500 for a simple ****. The guy wouldnt give me the price when I asked and despite having a pricing page on their website, theres no dollar amount anywhere on this page or the site. Beware!
