I specifically requested direct deposit. The gentleman doing my return clicked through buttons so fast, he forgot to add this information, and then blamed it on glitchy equipment and the rain that day. I asked him to fix it and he couldn't because the tax return had ready been submitted. He then had to call his boss who said I could "call the IRS" to have them fix this. This is a lie.
