This was actually the most positive experience I’ve had while going over my taxes. Paula, my tax preparer was so personable and pleasant to sit with. She was able to go through my information thoroughly and educate me. My refund was received timely and the info was easy to locate and track through the website. They even offer a protection service for a reasonable amount, should you run into any issues with an audit- offering coverage for up to 5K.

I specifically requested direct deposit. The gentleman doing my return clicked through buttons so fast, he forgot to add this information, and then blamed it on glitchy equipment and the rain that day. I asked him to fix it and he couldn't because the tax return had ready been submitted. He then had to call his boss who said I could "call the IRS" to have them fix this. This is a lie. Called the IRS, they don't have the capability to change the refund once it's been submitted. They also said that Walmart can cash it. They wo... read more
