Frank is very knowledgeable and helpful, but the fees is too much I might not use your company next year
I have been getting my taxes done by Jackson Hewitt for several years. I have never had an issue with anything until now. I have never paid over 200.00 until this year and it basically doubled. To have to pay this exorbitant amount and not get a decent refund is unreal. People cannot afford to pay these prices. I may go elsewhere next year.
