I usually never write reviews, unless I’ve had an experience worth going out of my way to leave one. I also have never been in branch to file my taxes. Ever. I was feeling pretty turned around trying to decipher my documents, but Jake went above and beyond answering my questions. He is very knowledgeable in his craft. Shout out to Jake for being patient and willing to go out of his way to help a new customer. My experience here was nothing short of exceptional. As long as Jake is there, I will be a returning customer.
