Great staff. Very friendly and fast preparation of taxes. Only thing there was a problem with my return and no one let me know. It was resolved when I called .
****MAY 2 UPDATE: No response/contact to acquire our refund. At this point, we may have to need to file a police report and file a form 14157-A with the IRS so we can obtain our refund. We do not wish to take this route. We have been extraordinarily patient and have used your company for nearly two decades, if not longer. I feel we deserve an immediate resolution.
