Jackson Hewitt has always been my go to for taxes. Their prices are reasonable, and they offer a guarantee tax protection that covers 5,000 dollars of your money. Life can be a series of curve balls and monkey wrenches, so having a guarantee eases the nerves. The tax experts are just that..experts They are friendly and knowledgeable and willing to go beyond requirements to help the client.

Pros: Complete everything on one visit. Person that eventually did our taxes was very kind and nice. Cons: Person that I had appointment with was a total no show taking the day off. Had to wait because the stated office hours were not being observed. Price charged for me, a senior citizen, was extremely prohibitively high. Efforts to lower the price were in vain as that filled in for the absent person called around for relief to managers. Very cold management with no regard or caring toward a customers plight.
