Reginald at the American Canyon in Walmart was absolutely amazing. We had several issues pop up while filing our taxes and processing our refund loan advance with the Serve card. Reginald was a patient problem solver despite that he was up against new issues and other clients waiting to be helped. Bottom line-we cannot imagine a better tax preparer under stressful and unforeseen circumstances. We would give Reggie 10,000 stars if we could.

Brandy was such a big help, and a joy to work with! Definitely going to use them again
Try to do taxes on my phone, with another tax service but got no where. So I called JH made an appointment and Brandy the tax lady had me in and out about 30 min. Awesome customer service.
