Nothing good about it. Over priced
Taxes was done accurately but what made me decide to have my taxes done with Jackson Hewitt was because of being a Walmart plus member and it stated I would receive 50% off having JH to do my taxes and to receive a 50 gift card and that didn't happen.
The company as a WHOLE is a joke to me! I’ve made 3 appointments at different locations (including this one) and no one was there. I was supposed to have an appointment at the Hawthorne location at 2. I decided to call before going since I’ve been stood up twice already. Sure enough I was told “I’m running behind” and asked me to call another location to see if they could take me. At this point, I’m over JH!
Bernice was friendly, professional and a pleasure to be around.
