They charge alot of .only to file your taxes
Very unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled, received several reminders of my appointment time, even within an hour of my appointment. Unfortunately, I showed up, but they did not. According to people at Walmart, they are rarely there. After, several minutes past my appointment time, I called and then got patched through to another location, they offered for me to go to another location or wait another 20 minutes for them to get someone over there. Nothing good about it. Over priced
Taxes was done accurately but what made me decide to have my taxes done with Jackson Hewitt was because of being a Walmart plus member and it stated I would receive 50% off having JH to do my taxes and to receive a 50 gift card and that didn't happen.
