Being a customer for 14yrs, we were greatly disappointed this year. Last month made an appointment when we arrived we had to wait an hour & 30 minutes. 1 tax preparer helping customers & a manager (a later found out). When I asked the manager what was the delay, I was advised our preparer called and was running late. We had other obligations so we left.
