Thank you to my tax advisor Ms. Kita for doing my taxes, she really helped me this year.
I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the 2nd year in a row that I have made an appointment at this location and the tax preparer hasn't been here. My appointment was at 11am, it's currently 1150am and I'm still sitting in my car. I've called twice only to get a voicemail and no calls back. It's sad that another individual had an appointment at 10am and left and came back and there's still no one here. That person had an appointment last Tuesday and they never showed up then either. I felt so comfortable with Kidadah Harsten. She was nice
I dropped off my info 4/3. Office has been closed all week. I never received an email or phone call. I tried going through corporate and their home office, and never received any answers. The whole thing was unprofessional. Thankfully, I was able to get taxes done elsewhere. I would NEVER trust your information and taxes at this branch. Run from this office.
We checked out so many tax places and finally found the best! Shelley was so wonderful and patient! Definitely recommend going to her!
