The service I received was excellent. My preparer was very courteous and knew what she was doing as my return was done in less than 30 minutes as well as very reasonably priced. I very highly recommend Jackson-Hewitt.
Im a loyal customer for the past 10 years or more they always get me right.
When I arrived, Kidadah Harsten approached me with a smile I couldn’t resist. Insured me to have a seat and she will be happy to help me with filing and/or any questions I have concerning me filing. She was very prompt and answered every question I had for her. Customer service is a 10/10. I can’t wait to file with this company in January.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the 2nd year in a row that I have made an appointment at this location and the tax preparer hasn't been here. My appointment was at 11am, it's currently 1150am and I'm still sitting in my car. I've called twice only to get a voicemail and no calls back. It's sad that another individual had an appointment at 10am and left and came back and there's still no one here. That person had an appointment last Tuesday and they never showed up then either.
