I had a horrible experience. The lady doing my taxes first off, had all rotten teeth & dirt under her fingernails!! Why would you come to work like that?? Thats disgusting sis. She didn't have any clue what she was doing... I told her I have children im not able to claim this year..she proceeded to try and enter them in the system anyways instead of skipping that page like she should've. My tax preparer's name was Shelby Malloy and he was absolutely amazing he was fast and efficient and explained to us everything very well. He was very inviting and caring and friendly I'm very interactive with us I would recommend him to anyone
