Excellent customer service and very nice to work with tax professionals!
The people on site and their bosses were professional and helpful during the process. Wasn't the fastest meeting but I feel that the length that I had taken that everything was done properly by those on site and their bosses
The tax representative was very friendly and helpful. We had to come on twice due to an identification issue with my wife. Other then that it was almost a super fluid situation with a great rep.
