If I can give this individual 0 stars, I would. I encountered someone answering the phones as Doreen. She was extremely unprofessional, and rude. I will not do business with this organization because of my experience with her. Only considered due to a friend's referral for the office. Please consider giving her a course on Customer Service; that the person is someone who actually cares. She stated to me that she only works there, and doesn't care about the company at all.
Trent was great and personable and explained everything to me. Jackson Hewitt always does a good job
