Honestly — taxes are annoying. And anxiety ridden, but Sheila Achilles in West Warwick, was amazing. I will be a returning customer, because of HER. Extremely kind, patient and calm. I stress easily, but with Sheila, she made sure I had absolutely nothing to worry about. I dropped off my tax forms LATE, despite that, knowing she had a lot to do, just for MY THINGS ALONE, I still called several times, but she took it all in stride and was so wholesome and kind and man, what a sense of humor.
