This was the 4th year having jackson hewitt do my taxes and sadly my last. I tried making a 4 pm appointment friday Feb. 9th. But was asked if I can make it at 3pm mind you it was 2:15 ATM. I got there and someone else was getting theirs done. I waited 30 minutes and had to leave after rushing up there. Then made a new appointment for Monday at 1pm. They no showed me altogether! I'm just trying to pay my rent! Ty
Dont trust them. Paid more double what l paid last year for the same services. If they do not have documented UPFRONT exactly what you will pay them. RUN.
This is my first time using Jackson Hewitt. They will be doing my taxes from now on. The work harder than H.R Block to find deduction.
