I will not use again or refer this tax service to others. The office in Bethlehem is to difficult to contact by phone and do not return phone calls for requested information after they say they will call back soon. During the middle of the day during their posted office hours they will post a “Sorry Be Back Soon” sign with no return time. I waited for an employee to return to the office for 25 minutes and could not wait any “sooner” for their return. You are better off going to H&R Block. These people are incredibly rude and could not care less about the customer. The hours on the door say they are open until 9:00 PM. I went there yesterday April 13 and there was a sign on the door out to lunch at 5 o’clock in the afternoon, again sign on the door says open till 9:00 PM so I go online make an appointment for April 14 at 5:00 PM surprise! No one there again! So I go online to complain about them and they have the audacity to call me and leave me a message stating that the... read more
I seen a review said they were there at 5pm yesterday April 14th and nobody was there but I was there at that time to get help setting up my direct deposit and the door was open and the tax pro was there at her desk, her name was Lola she was very patient and very helpful to me. From my personal experience H&R Block could never .
