Lola is so nice I needed help getting my pin it was hard for me to understand but she helped me and my husband with every step of it explaining everything to us. She was very patient and kind, we will definitely be going back to her next year.
The place was filthy and depressing. If it wasn't for the single desk in there, I'd say it looked abandoned. Person we went to was unprofessional, had no idea what she was doing, took personal calls during out meeting, complained about the meeting taking too long only 15 minutes into it, and called her boss like 4 times to ask questions that anyone who handling someone elses money should know.
