Great staff, very professional.
Rude and not honoring advertised promotion. Not the $149.99 rate. They charge $275 plus. Just ask for the price up front to avoid waste of time.
I regret going here! I felt like this rep only entered our numbers in like it was a very simple data entry with nothing to offer within the limits of IRS. I should have stopped the data entry when she had asked if she should NOT continue since I wasn’t offered a discounted price online. It was very insulting!
They were very friendly and knowledgeable about my needs.
