The experience was horrible. I am a returning customer, and everything from the beginning was horrible. I arrived at my appointment at 5 p.m. right after work. The tax preparer could not get the system to work, so I wasted an hour of my time. She told me to leave the papers with her and that she would complete the taxes and send them to me to sign.
