The first year I used Jackson Hewitt. My experience was great. Then the next year the lady took 3 and a 1/2 hours to file my return and then told me I was getting less money than people I work with that made the same amount of money and pay the same amount in taxes. So I knew she did something wrong. Even after it took her three and a half hours obviously had no idea what she was doing very unprofessional and scary because taxes are important.
