Had a great experience filing my tax docs today, the tax preparer phillip campbell was very professional, very thourough with the services provided today. I will be referring friends and family to this location.
I was literally irritated, annoyed and frustrated, I did go to another Taxes Company, I didn’t like how I was treated as well as pushed around and them not understanding the miscommunication. They wasn’t really trying to understand me or accommodate so I left, look somewhere else and I came here. This is my second year filing with Jackson Hewitt. This year I used the Marietta location. It was a great experience they took their time and explained every step in the process. I will definitely be using this location again next year.
