I visited the Hartford Ave, RI location. I had a bunch of ?'s & concerns related to my taxes this year. Immediately I was greeted with a welcoming face & a willingness to help. No point in making an appointment. Scheduled my appointment a week ago, showed up a few minutes early. There is one guy there that took a walk in. Half hour later I left with no clue as to when I would even be sat down to start the process.

Well Stephanie is amazing, especially when there was an accountant there who seemed to not want to help with them. She was able to fix them and offered me a discount during to how long I waited to be seen by her. She was short staffed due to other accountant not doing any returns and no call no show for her the next day. My married name is Tiffany Habeeb though.
