Update:.... Spoke too soon.. Now have to amend my taxes.. Even though I told her I'd have 2 W-2's ...and child car expenses to enter.. It was still sent off early.... With the offer to have my amend done for free... Which shouldn't even had to have been mentioned cause is it not policy to fix your mistakes ... Either way.. Definitely won't be using them next year... The amount of mess ups, for the price they charge is wild. Definitely not worth the stress.
