I made an appointment online and when I showed up, I found out the business has shut down.
I made a in person appointment, and when I got there they made it a drop off a month and a half later, I called them to see my status and they tell me that it hadn’t been processed because it was missing information so not only did I not get the appointment that I wanted They also failed to inform me that my taxes hadn’t even been started 🫤
Victor did an awesome job doing my tax return He was knowledgeable friendly and efficient I had a much better experience this tax season -Victor was awesome and is definitely an asset to your team
I was quoted a return of $900 minus fees and received $500. That is a lot for fees.
