On last Thursday I scheduled an appointment with Andrea with Jackson Hewitt at the Walmart on Earnest Barrett Parkway. Andrea was waiting for me at the scheduled time; she was very professional and efficient with my filing. Andrea also exhibited knowledge of how the IRS operates and very apprised to the tax codes; detailing legal deductions.
