My appointment was originally in the am then Ii had to reschedule because my car not being ready yet in the shop. I rescheduled for 1pm I made it there on time although I wasn't seen until 2pm. I waited an hour after my scheduled appointment. The cost of it was too much I was told that there were discounts for first time clients and that it would be a $100 or less. I was charged $272.00 I'm not happy with the price and being deceived on the price.
The tax person was slow and fairly rude at times
