I visited this afternoon regarding an issue with my taxes. A kind and professional staff member was assisting me and trying to help resolve my situation. However, another employee, who appeared to be her supervisor, behaved in a very rude and disrespectful manner. He slammed his hands on the table and raised his voice at her while she was helping me.
