Robert Harris did a terrific job of filing my taxes for me. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was also very engaging and enjoyable to work with. He did such a good job, that I have let-go of my previous accountant, and will be using Jackson Hewitt from now on!

My appointment was scheduled at Walbrook location, and was changed to Parkside location 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to appointment, barely made it on time. Waited 20 minutes for preparer to finish a drop off client. No details on our tax information given verbally or on paper, all we received in our paperwork was copy of tax summary. Preparer was very friendly, but I do like to know what our actual numbers look like and what exemptions we qualified for.
