Floyd was the best person I could ever meet he saved us a lot
I have been using them for over 9 years. Same guy always there. Was told JH was buying the francises out. My same tax prep same as every year and would be around $125, was charged $300! It was a BASIC tax return! My appointment was for 2pm and I was taken until 3:20! No call that they were running late or anything, a nice but not experience girl in office by herself. Everyone else were having same problems. All of us said we will NEVER be back. Jackson Hewitt has not bothered to reach out or anything. WAY OVERPRICED.
