The whole process was chaotic, but my taxes were completed and I left, thinking I had paid my return. 2 months later I received a late notice from the IRS, since my tax professional did not actually pay my federal balance, even though I was told everything was paid for! Extremely frustrated - I will not be using Jackson Hewitt again.
