John was great. I had Adrian last year who was also great. Both very personable and took a considerable amount of time on my returns. John went above and beyond to contact someone regarding my 1098 to ultimately maximize my return. The only reason for 4/5 stars is because the price is a little steep. Otherwise, great place to go for a return!
