Poor Tax person. Not very good at this job
I will never recommend this location. They hire just anyone off the street. They messed up my taxes so bad they honestly believed I owed 5k. The old woman was clearly confused on using a computer and entering basic information. I finished my taxes on TurboTax and got the REFUND I'm used to receiving. I feel bad for anyone who did business here.
Don’t recommend they give out a crap American Express card that you have to jump through hoops to talk to a live person, no banks take the card and the atms charge a ridiculous fee, sure Walmart is supposed to have cash pick up but again more fees and they flag it for fraud, called Jackson Hewitt about the issue and they give you the run around. DONT GO TO ONEIDA NY JACKSON HEWITT
