The experience was great. Benjamin was very helpful and got my taxes done quickly
They make appointments and don’t honor them. I had to stand in Walmart for an hour past my appointment. It was tax day and they only had one person working. I left my work early to get to my appointment on time and they disrespected my time. Will never go here again. Terrible experience.
