If I could give zero stars i would. My taxes were done by JH, but after I needed an adjustment, the lady at the Gardendale mainstreet office told me she would not help me! I'm disabled and have mobility issues. I had to take Uber to the office. She flatly refused to even talk to me!! Rude. I went elsewhere and got my problem solved! Stay away from Jackson Hewett! Especially the mainstreet office in Gardendale, Al.
Great service. I actually arrived late. Ms Wilson very forgiving of my lateness very professional she really took the time to go through all my records and explain. She really knows the tax rules. There are many rules that often change she was on top of everything. My taxes were very complicated with property real estate investments stocks IRA accounts.. I give her five thumbs up you should go see her. Thank you so very much for making sure I understood everything
