Great service. I actually arrived late. Ms Wilson very forgiving of my lateness very professional she really took the time to go through all my records and explain. She really knows the tax rules. There are many rules that often change she was on top of everything. My taxes were very complicated with property real estate investments stocks IRA accounts.. I give her five thumbs up you should go see her. Thank you so very much for making sure I understood everything
Tax officer was friendly, took her time. She was thorough and managed to get me a decent refund
If I could give this experience 0 stars I would. They charged 300 for a simple tax filing...with the first time customer discount. I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes after they opened to find one employee who already had a customer. I waited an hour to be seen. Absolutely terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and skip it.
