I only gave 5 stars because of the 2nd person I dealt with was a very pleasant & professional employee. But the man I dealt with first, when I asked for the discount for first time customers, told me we'd talk about it at the end. My taxes were completed by a different person-the professional young lady I mentioned earlier. I'm pretty sure he knew that that would be the case.
