My drop off appointment started 10 minutes later than scheduled and then turned into a sit down and do taxes with me appointment. I didn't have time for this and tried to explain but was ignored. Questions about my return were answered with things like "that's why I don't use Healthcare Marketplace" and dismissed. My tax pro had her plumber on speaker phone and was yelling at him about how he was unprofessional when in fact... she was extremely unprofessional.
