The agents were courteous and professional, they didn't rush me, took time to answer all my questions. Made my experience and enjoyable one considering I was there for my taxes.
I had the worst experience and I won't return every year I went their it was the worst this year you guys charge a lot and when I had questions you workers wouldn't answer me they would turn around and ignore me never answered my questions the lady that was their her son came in to do his taxes and was telling him all my problems with it was none of his business but I didn't say nothing very unexperienced workers....
