Ms. Russell was very friendly and professional. The preparer who walked in, saw the crowd, got on her phone, and then walked out wasn't. When customers are waiting (some for more than an hour), staff should be prepared to assist, not leave. But as said, Ms. Russell did a fantastic job with my taxes, as she does every year. I have been a Jackson Hewitt Customer for many years even when I have moved to different states and back to my hometown.
