these people are scammers. only use them if you want to pay double for the same service you receive on turbotax. tanya starks charged me $300 to do absolutely nothing and then of course the charge is non-refundable, there’s no one i can call, and nothing she can do, not even a text back.
I made an appointment to file my taxes two weeks in advanced. I showed up to my appointment and no one was there. I waited an additional 15-20 minutes past my appointment time and no one ever showed up. Very unprofessional.
Rhonda was very knowledgeable, professional, and articulate. She explained everything throughly...she represents you very well.
The tax pro, Francesca was on time and efficient. She was patient and had great customer service. I felt like she cared and she did an excellent job making sure I was well informed. I will be returning next year for my tax needs.
