Jackson Hewitt charged me almost triple this year due to the fact that I have investments that paid interest. The preparer had to take 3 seconds to enter a number into a box so somehow that’s worth triple. I’ve been a loyal customer of Jackson Hewitt for nine years and yet someone who has never been to Jackson Hewitt can get the same return done for $150 because they’re a new customer while charging me $600 as a loyal customer. I never will return to Jackson Hewitt again
