The preparer was inexperienced and in my opinion he was set up to fail. He was working off of a single monitor. He could not type or use a 10 key. I suspect this is the primary reason my appointment started 2 hours late and ran 2 hours long. I decided to use jackson hewitt because of a similar issue with a competitor last year. I file a k1 for an S corp and it can be complicated. My preparer did not know how to fill it out and needed another preparer to review it. This was not a big problem.
