The lady that did it is really nice and compassionate.
First and last time I will use Jackson Hewitt. They spent 20 minutes filling out a simple 1040 and charged me $159.00 , what a joke Save yourself some money and go somewhere else to get your taxes done
Despite the clerk asking multiple times, the manager would not answer my question as to why the amount calculated that I owed was not deducted from my capital loss. Also very disappointed that you no longer scan documents. The burden is now on the customer, which is ridiculous
